WHAT IS BINGIN'S RETURN POLICY?
Our number one priority is making sure that you and your dog are 100% satisfied with every product we sell. If for some reason one of you is not happy with a particular product you can return it to us within 30 days, no questions asked. Products must be in an unused, resellable condition to be eligible for a credit or refund. We stand behind all of our dog essentials and are always here to ensure that you receive the perfect product for you pet.
We are looking to serve you in the best way possible so please let us know why you are returning the item. All shipping charges associated with sending the item back to us will be your responsibility. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping charges. Once the item is received we will begin processing the refund. Pleas allow 7 business days for the return to be processed.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re looking to exchange a product, the fastest way is to place a new order so your dog isn’t stuck waiting for the return to process!
Package your item(s) including the packing slip and reason for return. If you don’t have the original packing slip please include your order number printed from your confirmation email.
